Refund Policy
Hiring Craft believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has, therefore, a considerate cancellation policy. We, as a merchant, provide a service that comes in the form of services. As such, our offering is not a tangible product that can be returned for a refund. It can be used immediately upon receipt; there is no product to return.

Cancellation Policy:
All cancellation requests must be submitted to Service Management Office (SMO) of Hiring Craft. You may submit your cancellation requests by e-mail Within 24 Hours of opting the Services. Your request will not be considered valid in case cancellation request is raised after 24 Hours of Opting the services. We will ensure that we address your issues on priority

We take minimum 20 Working Days to process the cancellation request.
Cancellation of service is based on service level agreement, as agreed with you while starting the service.
Once services have started, it cannot be cancelled.
In event of cancellation of services mutually decided between you & Hiring Craft, you have to pay for efforts invested in Services up to the date of cancellation.
All banking and Government charges will be taken care by the client in case of successful cancellation.

Refund and Cancellation Policy:
Hiring Craft will not, under any circumstances, issue refunds for early service withdrawal. All refund request has to be initiated after service period is over.
No refund will be processed for mentioned services in any case: Premium Amenities (Premium Facilities), Stimulate Scout Profile Verification Service 1, Stimulate Scout Reference Check Service 2. As, we hire external agencies for getting these services delivered.
Generally, consultation fees are non-refundable. This is because of the administrative costs involved in dealing with refunds.
Where applicable refunds will only be accepted via e-mail to us at admin@hiringcraft.com.
On pending casework generally, refunds will be made on a pro-rata basis. This will take into account actual work done on a particular case.
Once approved by our team we take minimum 20 Working Days to process the refund amount successfully to your account.
In a case of successful refund, all Bank and Government charges will be taken care by the customer itself. The said amount will be debited and rest amount will be settled to the customers’ account.
Refund by Hiring Craft will not be processed for a customer whose service period of 45 Working Days is over.

As a responsible organisation, we do not accept any oral or via Phone refund requests.
No refund will be processed for service in which customer has opted for discount and has paid discounted amount to Hiring Craft.
Hiring Craft has not offered any sort of assurance, advice or pledge on work assistance or job assurance. No refund will be processed or accepted by Hiring Craft by any client on the ground that Hiring Craft has been unable to offer a job guarantee in India or abroad.
The Service Charges by Hiring Craft have no reference to the market charges and are as per the company standards to which the client agreed. Any claims after the registration, like charges being too expensive and such, would not be entertained and the applicant would have no right to contest the same as it was explained and expressed through all the sources of information, and the client has been informed before registering.
Refund of Duplicate Payment:
Refund of the duplicate payment made by the delegate will be processed via the same source (original method of payment) in 10 working days post intimation by the customer.
